There are no data values in section number 1 Ignoring this section

Hi,

I downloaded three simulation models of MOS transistors from the official website of Infineon and imported them into my pspice simulation. When I run the simulation, this prompt box pops up: There are no data values in section number 1 Ignoring this section.

After clicking OK, another prompt box pops up saying My simulation dat. File analysis failed.

After turning off the prompt box, I noticed that the calculation process and output window still displayed these few errors:

ERROR(ORPSIM-16551): Floating point computation failed during Device/Model Load Possible solutions: 1)Ensure that all device parameters are in valid range. 2) Try using option LIMIT .

INTERNAL ERROR--Overflow in device X_U2.X1.G_chan. Multiply.

At present, I have tried to adjust the limit to 1E-12, or turn on automatic convergence, or connect a small resistor in series between the G and S terminals of the MOS transistor, but none of them have been able to solve the problem. I want to ask for help. How should I solve this simulation problem now?
