Error while saving schematic while testing - DE-HDL

Getting the following error while trying to save a schematic in DE-HDL. I'm trying to create my own part. So, when manually testing it in DE-HDL. I'm getting this error. I've attached properties screenshots for reference.

ERROR(SPCOCN-1993): The value specified for the property 'PACK_TYPE' is invalid. The value '?' can be specified only for soft properties that have '$' as a prefix in the property name. Either prefix '$' to the property name or specify a valid value for user defined properties, and save the schematic again. (placeholderprops)

I'm following the cadence PCB Librarian tutorials, and have made changes according to that

Any input would be useful.

    URL: https://support.cadence.com/apex/ArticleAttachmentPortal?id=a1O3w00000AHGaqEAH

This article describes, in which scenario user gets this error and how to get rid of this error.
