drc error

does anyone knows how to solve this error or is this error not important

PP/NP overlaps OD >= 0.25

this error is located at the contect (metal1 to p-substrate and metal1 to n-substrate )

I think that you posted this in the wrong forum, you need one of the IC forums to get answers on semi-conductor substrates.
