Yes, this problem has been going long enough why can't it be fixed? There has been no repsonse from Cadence on this issue. Is anybody at Cadence watching? if there is work-around to this problem, please officially publish it.

Randy and others. Apologies for the inconvenience.
This was a difficult issue due to dual servers and app pools and we though we had it fixed, but it ended up being a temp fix.
We believe it is fully resolved now and will be monitoring.
