Cannot post new topics in any forum

Hi there

a colleague of mine (user is bernardi@marvell.com) is registered as a forum user but he can neither post post any new message nor reply to any existing thread.

In short, ne cannot see the blue button 'new' in the top right corner of community.cadence.com/.../30

please advice

    This seems to be browser specific to me. I wasn't able to see the New button on Google chrome, but it seemed to come up on Firefox..

    I cant even find the Search Box for Forum Browsing ? How do you search the forum ? Or do you have to search the whole cadence website ?
