insert option diasbled

Hello, when i try to insert a photo or anything else in the "insert" options" it just turns the screen into gray .

i know that its the wrong formus, didnt know where to address with this issue.

This is now the right forum (I moved it). Anyway, the problem has now been fixed as I fed back in other forums. I'm not sure why you picked a random forum to post this in - it probably would have been better in one of the forums you usually post in.
