how create a ".cir" file in Orcad 16.3

Hello,
I would like to create a "cir." file in Orcad 16.3 but I'm a little lost, is that you can help me?
is and what you can tell me how to change the number of output bipolar transistors, ie, I find in the software transistors 3 terminals (EBC), while I want to add the substrate channel but I do not know how. and when I change the netlest and I run the simulation it removes all the changes I did.
Thank you for your help.

OK, you have a graphical symbol for the transistor that has 3 pins, you need to modify the graphical symbol to add a pin. See the pspug.pdf, in the doc\pspug directory of the installation, page 303 "Editing Part Graphics (Capture only)" add the "extra" pin to the part, give the Pin a Name and Number, like 4 and SUB. Use Options>Part Properties, locate the PSPiceTemplate property in the property list and add the "extra" pin to the template:

    Q^@REFDES %b %c %e [%sub] @MODEL ...

OK that and save the OLB file.

Add the OLB file in Capture to allow placing the part, and add the LIB file, if any, to the Simulation Profile, Configuration Files tab, Library section. In the schematic, wire the "sub" pin to 0 to get the default behaviour.
