Back to Basics: Three Use Models for Mixed-Signal Verification

29 Feb 2024 • 1 minute read

Get back to the basics with Cadence Spectre AMS Designer for Mixed-Signal Verification. Easily incorporate your analog and digital blocks into one simulation Test Bench, script regressions, and run verification from the command line. This could provide a preferred use model to the digital-centric engineer. For analog-centric engineers, the integration of AMS Designer into Virtuoso has introduced a multitude of users to Mixed-Signal Verification.

Join Cadence Training and Application Engineer Architect Marcel Ahmedzai for this free technical Training Webinar. We'll demonstrate three use models:

  • MS Verification from Virtuoso flow
  • MS Verification from command-line flow
  • Full MS Verification with RNM (Real Number Model)

With each use model, we’ll highlight ease and scope of use, as well as available features, tools, and processes such as pre- and post-layout, Spectre FX, debugging, and Real Number Modeling.
