Doc Assistant A-Z: Making the Most of the Cadence Cloud-Based Help Viewer: Part1

I sometimes wonder whether the coffee stations in the office are strategically designed to make people collide and give people who don’t normally interact much a chance to talk. If yes, then isn't that an awesome idea?

Yesterday, while taking a coffee break, an AE, Benny (name changed), recognized me from the Doc Assistant overview session that I conducted at CadenceCONNECT last year. It actually felt great to know that someone who attended my session a year back remembered me and paused to give me good feedback. We got talking about Doc Assistant and much more.

When asked if he got a chance to check out Doc Assistant, Benny said that he had accessed the in-tool documentation viewer for various new features and that he found the information and the documentation viewer very helpful. One of Benny's customers works in a completely offline environment, and they found the Doc Assistant offline mode really useful.

It is always wonderful to hear positive feedback from our internal and external customers. This exchange left me feeling so awake and happy that I literally forgot about the coffee and floated back to my seat feeling refreshed.
