We have continued our series of EMEA team member interviews and spoke with Ludovic Perier, Sales Director based in Velizy, Ludovic has been with Cadence for 20 years and has built incredible relationships with his colleagues while supporting many innovative companies. Ludovic will share his point of view of what makes Cadence a great place to work and how it has shaped his career.

Ludovic:
“I found at Cadence something really unique. During the past twenty years, almost every day was a new adventure with its challenges and solutions. The best advice I could give is to remove barriers and not limit yourself to strict frames such as the job descriptions. Explore all the possibilities and find your own way. I think that's the reason why we have such a great people at Cadence!”
