Restoring Nature, One Vine at a Time

A dedicated team of 30 Cadence volunteers recently came together at the Fells Reservoir in Massachusetts for an environmental stewardship event focused on removing invasive vines.

Spending the morning at the Fells Reservoir with fellow Cadence volunteers was an inspiring and energizing experience. Despite the intense summer heat and the threat of poison ivy, 30 employees arrived with a shared purpose: to help restore the local ecosystem by removing invasive weeds—roots and all. The teamwork, laughter, and determination on display were truly uplifting. The photos captured the spirit of the day perfectly: hands in the dirt, smiles under the sun, and a collective sense of accomplishment. I'm proud to have been part of this effort and grateful that Cadence gives us the opportunity to give back to our community regularly.

Watching employees from different teams connect over a common cause, support one another, and take pride in their impact is a powerful reminder of the strength of our Cadence community. The Cadence Giving Foundation encourages employees to give back and reminds us that even a few hours of effort can leave a lasting mark on the world around us.
