The AMS Simulator Smoke Analysis has been enhanced in the SPB16.2 release to support a few new devices. Also, the Model Editor now supports the addition of smoke parameters to devices like LEDs, Zener Diodes, Varistors, etc.

Smoke Analysis parameter details:CapacitorNew model params ESR, RTH, and POWER have been added to CAP devices. Addition of Smoke Parameters in Model Editor:In order to add smoke parameters to a device from the Model Editor, go to Model> Add Smoke and chose the appropriate device type.

I spoke with one of our AMS Simulator expert CS AEs and here is the feedback:
We do not provide smoke test variables for LPMAX and CVP parameters and you'll need to manually enter the values.
CVP is (Max +ve voltage) value for POSITIVE_Voltage of electrolytic capacitor present at analog\C_elect
LPMAX is maximum power value for POWER parameter of inductor present at analog\L_t
I am using 16.5 version but still i am not finding other smoke parameter you mentioned above for example CVP, also some other parameter you did not mention like LPMAX
