High-Tech Everything

Is there any industry left in today’s automated world that does not embrace some aspect of “high tech?”

The wireless revolution has made even my garage door a smart (aka high-tech) device. Name an industry and I bet it has been high-tech'd in some way or another.

Now that I’ve been part of the Cadence family for the past two years, I’ve broadened my view of what high-tech means.

Our solutions are used across a wide array of industries that span from automotive to biomedical to consumer electronics and more to design the smart electronics within those industries, whether that starts at the chip, the package, or the board and culminates in the end system like a car, satellite communication system, or handheld medical device.

You see, while Cadence is a pivotal leader in high tech, if you think of any and all semiconductor chips in production, you likely are familiar with Cadence. As high-tech industries have grown, so too has Cadence’s touchpoint across not only electronic design but other industries as well.
