This month in IDA, we shared the news that X-FAB Silicon Foundries SE,  an analog/mixed-signal and specialty foundry, has integrated the Cadence EMX Planar 3D Solver into its X-FAB RFIC workflow for current and future RF platforms designing innovative communication and automotive products. EMX solver validation of X-FAB RF reference designs for low-noise amplifiers, RF switches, filters, and passive elements all delivered high-accuracy results within very short timeframes.
