Pegasus: Get your Wings

I have been part of the Pegasus (PegasusTM Verification System) team for quite some time. The more I work on this tool, the more amazed I am with the power of this tool. Whether it is its super fast speed with massive scalability or its signoff accuracy and seamless integration with other tools, Pegasus is a complete package; an answer to all your signoff verification needs.

We, team Pegasus, strongly believe that we must share all about our powerful winged horse called “Pegasus” with you and that is why we introduce “Pegasus: Get Your Wings”.

What is “Pegasus: Get your Wings”

Pegasus: Get your Wings is a blog series to showcase the capabilities of Pegasus and to familiarize you with its notable features.

When we were brainstorming on the name of the series, we came up with many interesting names. And then, my colleague Guy Richardson suggested the name supported by this beautiful description:

Pegasus: Get Your Wings

This is a well-known phrase in military. It means to get your badge which signifies that you serve on military aircraft. In our context, it would imply that the blog would help you become a Pegasus pilot; to learn how best to fly this stallion.

No other title could describe the intent of this blog series better. So, get ready for a journey full of learning and honing your skills to work with Pegasus, or in Guy’s words, fly this stallion called Pegasus.

What’s in Store for you

This series will comprise of but not be limited to:

  • Introduction to new and existing Pegasus features
  • Tips and tricks on how to use them in the best possible manner
  • Reference to information available on Cadence Online Support in the form of articles, application notes, videos, RAKs and so on.
