Unable to access installation file on OneDrive

Trying to access the installation file for OMNIS via the provided OneDrive shared folder resulted in the following error message:

Request Id: 0e9f6aec-b695-4a87-b360-94a2da6d4200
Correlation Id: 27491517-66cb-48c1-be32-27bcc1515d96
Timestamp: 2022-12-07T14:09:00Z
Message: AADSTS50020: User account 'bernhardxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xx' from identity provider 'sts.windows.net/.../' does not exist in tenant 'Cadence Design Systems Inc' and cannot access the application '08e18876-6177-487e-b8b5-cf950c1e598c'(SharePoint Online Web Client Extensibility) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

The Microsoft Account used is connected to the correct student E-Mail address. Access was requested both via the university and a private network but resulted in the same error.

As a Browser I used Mozilla Firefox.

I hope this error can be resolved.

Kind regards

Bernhard

    Hi Bernhard,

Your email address is correctly defined to have access to the Download area. Could you please try another browser? You don't need to be logged in to OneDrive: when clicking on the link in the email, you would receive an email with a code that you can enter in OneDrive.

    Best regards,
    Colinda

    Using Chrome helped.

    Thank you very much.
