Unable to open OMNIS 5.2

When I do the activation and upload the license file I´ve received, OMNIS 5.2 doesn´t open. I´ve tried to open the program many times but simply nothing happens. Runing the diagnostics, two errors appears, I am attaching screenshots of the them. I don´t know what is going wrong, is it possible to uninstall the program and reinstall it?

Thank you very much.

Which OS version are you using?

Could you please have a look at the License server tab under License management in the Admin Tool?
Is there a license server running?

If the license server is up and running and clicking on it will show you the list of features available in the license, the cause may be elsewhere.

In that case try to launch Omnis in batch with the -print argument.

    I am using Windows 10.

I am attaching pictures of the license server tab. I think it is correctly running, but just in case. I am also attaching a picture of a Warning that shows up when I open the admin tool, just in case it were relevant.

I don´t know how to launch Omnis in batch with the -print argument, what exactly should I do?

    Thank you very much.

Thank you for adding the error message as that probably indicates the cause of trouble. The path in which you installed the software contains a special character é and this should be avoided. It would be better to install it under C:\Program files (x86) or at least not on your OneDrive user folder.

Should I uninstall the program and reinstall it in a proper folder? or it is possible to just change the folder of the program?
