How to edit GUI Styles Omnis 5.2 on a 4k screen?

I have downloaded Omnis 5.2 on my mobile workstation (Lenovo thinkpad p1) and I'm not able to edit the GUI Styles. Alle Icons and Texts are very small and hard to read. Does somebody know how to make changes in the GUI section. 

The set ups i want to change have are in the Text Colors & Front section. 

Does somebody know have to remove the locks and change the set up?
