Paralel solution

Arrowhit
Arrowhit over 3 years ago

Dear guys,

I have 2 simulation that are A and B.

A is 12 kts, and B has initial solution depends on A's results.

So B should be start arter A finished.

How can I manage to start B automatically arter A finished?

I tried to activate queueing, but can not managed.

BR.

    Hi,

You can use the Task Manager for that purpose. Once you have setup computation B, click on Play button as usual, defining the number of cores.
You will end up in the Task Manager page. Here, you should click on the "Delay" button just under the list of computations.
There, you can say that this selected task can start "After Task" and select the "computation A".
A "clock" symbol will appear in the list of computations after computation B to notify you that the Delay action was well setup.

The documentation corresponding to this is under User Guide > Task Manager > The Task Manager Interface.

    Best regards,

    Benoit
