Calculation change in lift and drag.

Hello,

In the questionnaire the formula to calculate the change in lift (analogical to drag) is given as followed: (lift_refined - lift_unrefined) / lift_unrefined. As the answers to choose from are given in percentage, am i correct in converting the result from the formula to percentage by moving two decimal places of the result to the right ?

Best regards.
