Problem export .CGNS -> CAD format not yet supported in CGNS project

Dear all,

I am trying to generate a mesh of an axial compressor rotor with one row (I have a student license) with the module Turbo of Omnis. After I set up the parameters and created the mesh, I tried to export it as a .CGNS project, but the program does not allow me to do it, giving me the message:

'CAD format not yet supported in CGNS project'

Can you please explain why is this happening and if there is a way to solve it?

Thank you,

Alvaro

    Hi Alvaro,

You should select the "export Autogrid5 project" instead of using "export CGNS project". The CGNS mesh will be saved along with other turbo files in the selected directory.

Feel free to reach out, if you have more questions.

    Manthan
