I am currently creating oceanScript.ocn by Session -> Save Ocean Script in ADE (in IC5141).
But I want to generate the same from a Shell Script.
Is there any way to generate from bash terminal ? or any SKILL script that will do the above which is going to be invoked by SHELL script.
The only way of doing this is really to create a replay file which opens ADE for a particular design, loads the state, and and then saves the script. Having captured that once, you could write a script to customize the template and then use virtuoso -nograph -replay file.log to run it.
There's no public API to create an OCEAN script from an ADE state.

But I am confused with how the replay file would be generated.
Could you please give a snap example of this replay file ?

The "replay" file is just the CDS.log file that is generated when you go through the specific steps that you need to open the design etc. You can rename the file after the session is done, and then it can be "invoked" using the -replay command line option to Virtuoso.
