How to get back disappeared main menu ribbon in AWR tool

Problem: What should I do when the on-screen menu ribbon containing the File, Edit, View, Project, Simulate Options, Tools, Scripts, Windows and Help button disappears from the Menu bar as shown below?

Solution 1:

1. Right-click anywhere where the Menus bar ribbon is missing (in blank space where the menus are).
2. Scroll down to the bottom and click CUSTOMIZE.
3. Under Menus, select Standard and click Reset as shown below.

Solution 2:

The alternate way is to reset the UI:

1. Go to Help > Show Files/Directories > Appdatauser (shown in attached screenshot) and open the directory and close AWR.
2. Delete customization xml files as shown below. The files will be regenerated with defaults when you start AWR (do not forget to take the backup/save files to some other place before deleting).
