How do I sign off of AWR Microwave office Oncloud?

I just signed up for 90 hours of Oncloud Microwave office at 1.1 tokens per hour and am getting charged more like 3.0 tokens per hour. Why is that?

Also, how do I quickly sign off when I'm done using the app so I don't continue getting charged? I close the application and the charge meter keeps running. I log out and it keeps running. Then about 15-20 minutes later I get an email stating that my session is done and I find out that the tokens were charged all the way up until that time. Seems like I'm not logging out properly and the meter just keeps running until lack of activity automatically signs me out or something like that is going on.

Any clues here?

thanks,

Dave

    Hi Dave,

You may directly contact your cadence sales AE for billing issue. I have forwarded your query to the Cadence Sales Team and they will reach out to you soon.

Regarding ending session, you can end session by clicking the end session button in the top right.
Otherwise it will wait for auto-shutdown which is after about 15-20 minutes of closing browser/disconnecting.

Can you please confirm, if you are doing so?

    Thanks,
    Santosh

I found the End Session button. It was located by first clicking the "Profile" button. It took me a while to find that. The End Session button would be easier to find if it was located one level up. I'm good with it now though. Thanks.
