Failure in downloading free trial of AWR Platform

Nice greetings,community members,I am having trouble doing this after clicking on the link of validation email where the poped error reads:

Now I have a need for Micro Wave Office intergrated in AWR platform.I was by that time already running by the Administrator and the Adminstrator is already in the working group.I also tried to contact china_crc@cadence.com as the instruction for costumer support advised some days earlier,but no one replied.

I think I need help from communities,thanks again for your good intentions.My email is 760293208@qq.com. Wish the intel provided will help.

    What steps you have done before reaching to this screenshot?

    Are you registering through AWR free Trial page?

    Hi,Santoshforum,

    Yes,I did.I signed up my account and it was nomal steps towards free trial download.Just by yesterday evening,a phone call from Shanghai,China claimed himself to be a cadence employee informed that in this respective cadence was doing background screening and requested my infor on spot,but did little on helping explaining if the error was somehow related with the problem I encountered.

    Can you check following article, to complete the installation of AWR Software Trial version for university:
