Error during DC Annotation and DC IV Curve plotting

I am designing Power Amplifier using Ampleon BLF647P transistor. I wanted to simulate DC Annotation and plotting DC IV Curves. Once I connect DC Voltage at Gate input and Drain output of transistor, I am getting error. I am not able to remove  errors and get simulated DC Annotation and DC IV Curve plotting. Related this issue images are attached.

Someone can suggest, how to remove these errors. Information About Schematic

For debugging this issue, if possible please share the project or file a case on COS (https://support.cadence.com/).

As per error screenshot it seems some variable or value is 0, so check all the variable.
Another thing is try to use default simulator instead of APLAC.
