    add output file. 

    File --> NPORTTF --> Write noise for active source

    To consider noise in s2p files try: Interpolation/Passivity tab, enable the Consider Passive For Noise Simulation option.

    Generating a noise data file steps:
    1. Right Click Output Files > Add Output file.
    2. Add the measurement details.
    3. check Write Noise for Active Source.
