Transfer Layout from AWR to Allegro/ Orcad

I heard about unified library between AWR and Allegro PCB editor. Is this a good method to transfer layout to a PCB editor? Another question, I am confused of the difference between Allegro and Orcad and each one has many programs inside. Is there a difference between Orcad and Allegro PCB editor? and what are all of these ?
