Exporting and Simulating a Project From Analyst MWO to Analyst-MP gives Drastically Different Results

I need to leverage Analyst-MP's 3d editor for a project and as such I exported my Microwave Office project to Analyst-MP. When I did this, I set up a simulation with a 3D Driven Frequency and when I checked my scattering parameters I got a vastly different result. I made them generalized and in the form of decibel magnitude form. Yet I got a vastly different result. As such, I made a 90 degree transmission line for 5 GHz to test the two. Attached are the results for Analyst in MWO and Analyst-MP's simulation. Is there any step in the export that I need to do that I am not?

I figured out that instead of marking |real| db marking |complex| db gives the same results.
