Unrecoverable numerical error while calculating a Green's function. Please send an example of this problem to AWR support.

Hello to everybody. I got the error about calculating the Green's function when simulating the attached configuration. The aim is to simulate a capacitor for dielectric constant retrieval. I used both AFS and no-AFS simulation, changed already the cell size (form 1 to 10 micron) anCapacitor SiO2.emld the kind of port, even if I would prefer to have an internal port. Two dielectrics are simulated but the error is the same.

    Hi Romolo,

This error is not present in the latest version of the AWR tool. You may want to try that.
