I guess you have University EMS SUL license.

    Do the following steps:

    1. Go to the EMS page and select MANAGE USER HOST or DEVICE ID.
    1. The USER DEVICE INFO page appears.
    1. Click DELETE HOST.
    1. A confirmation message appears stating, "There are active entitlements assigned to this host. If the host is deleted, then all associated entitlements will be removed, but you will be able to assign them to a new host. Are you sure you want to delete this host?".
    1. Click CONFIRM to delete the current user host. Now, you can log in to a new machine and install the product. EMS will automatically pick up the device details of the new machine.
