Extracted simulation ERROR (SFE-23): "input.scs" 17: c1 is an instance of an undefined model cmodel.

Hi,

I am working on IC614 with the techonology IBM7RF. After extracting models from layout by Assura QRC, I tried to do the post-simulation with that extraction. However, a long list of errors (SFE-23) come out in ADE with Spectre simulator. I couldn't find "input.scs" in the model folder of the technology. Could anyone help to locate this file? Or other ideas to fix this error? Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

    Hi Andrew

While netlisting an av_extracted view created using the QRC form, it gives negative 'w' values for parares.

Is there any fix for this?

    Regards

    Vysakh

Please read the forum guidelines - you're posting a question on the end of an old thread which only has a very loose connection to the original post. The guidelines ask you not to do that.

    Andrew.

Hi bjbit, I met the same problem when I perform postlayout simulation with the format of PEX output is spectre. Could you please tell me the detail of the resolution of this problem.

If you're going to ignore the forum guidelines plus several comments in this very thread which ask you not to post on the end of old threads (especially one that's 8 years old - the chances of most people remembering what they did are rather remote), please at least read the entire thread as it was answered clearly already. Just above the point you posted in, there's my response here which explains exactly how to deal with this.
