for the 10n clk and 36 bit input, What number of sample count should be  in the  0-100Mhz for power spectral analysis? I know that sample frequency 200e6 in this range. According to this, I run the simulation to look pwer spectral density.

Can u help me, please?I think that minumum 1024 sample count is enough to look in the psd

    what ı can do?

I've given you a number of suggestions, and in addition,  you have not provided the information I requested nor attempted to try any of my suggestions. As mentioned in my prior post, your sampling frequency for your Fourier analysis much be much greater than 200 MHz to accurately estimate its Fourier components.

Without more help from you, I cannot provide any helpful suggestions. Sorry.

    Shawn
