How to change my layout labels from [*] to<*>

Ling

Hi,all

I am new to this forum.I have a problem with my layout. Can someone help me to solve it?

In my layout, the pins is at the format of [*], but in my schematic,my pins' format is <*>,so I can not  make my LVS clean.

So how can I use SKILL to replace my layout [*] labels with <*> ?

Thank you!

Ling

This was an issue in the old days when you get your GDS layout form
a digital place and route tool which took the Verilog bus naming
convention [ and you streamed it in to Cadence DFII.
There is an option in your stream interface today
in PIPO 'Replace [ with <>',
     XStream, should do this automatically,
but I'm not sure here (maybe some other can comment).

There is on old discussion in comp.cad.cadence about this,
which answres every question, 'Titel: A seemingly simple Skill question ...'
    http://groups.google.com/group/comp.cad.cadence/browse_thread/thread/5fcb778a95d3af84/2009a86def9e05dc

There is also a SourceLink Solution which offers the reverse way
    http://sourcelink.cadence.com/docs/db/kdb/2000/Feb/1837289.html
You have modify the code to your needs.
