How to make use of shielding though "rodCreatePath"

I have created the form where I am taking details from the user to feed in the values such as width of signal, spacing between the signals, number of tracks to be drawn. I figured out that "rodCreatePath" gives me an option to create the shielding for the given signal. Can anyone please give me an example of using this function i.e. "rodCreatePath" to create the path. "dbCreatepath","Lecreatepath" & "enterpath" examples will also help...

     Hi

Below is a good example of the enterPath function being used in SKILL code in conjunction with the rodCreatePath function, in the following solution on SourceLink:

How can I created slotted metal paths?

An alternative link to this code is in the CIC SKILL Code Library page: CCSslotMetal.il

I hope that this helps you.

    Regards,

    Lawrence.

I forgot to mention that this creates a form which is a "command options" type form while you are in the enter function.  So this solution should bring together many of the aspects that you are looking for.

    Regards,

    Lawrence.

How to draw shielding signals with user specified input shield signal space and width. Will it be possible through this rodCreatePath ? I read the explanation about this command. Seems that its possible. I am newbie to Skill and to programming, therefore it would be of great help if I get a direct example for the mentioned command.
