Limitation of Parametric analysis

Hello again,

yet another problem with the parametric analysis...

both my script, and the built-in Parametric analysis tool cant simulate more than 150 values. It gives and error about too many files being opened. I need to be able to run an analysis with 1000 values. I would be grateful if anyone knew how to get around this problem

 best regards

What does the UNIX "limit" command say, in particular the "descriptors" line. You may need to increase the number of file descriptors.

What subversion are you using (Help->About in the CIW will tell you)?

    Regards,

    Andrew.

    Hello Andrew,

i coincidentally found the solution in sourcelink. I need to save the data in psfbin format which is done by :

    envSetVal("spectre.envOpts" "simOutputFormat" 'string "psfbin")
    Thanks anyway
    Regards
