Need a way to verify schematic vs schematic ..?

IC Layout
IC Layout over 15 years ago

Hi! I am using IC514 version of cadence.

I am converting schematics from one technology to another ...(tsmc45 -- to -- tsmc65)

I have converted all the cells which corresponds to tsmc45 to tsmc65 ...

Now I would like to know whether the properties of converted cells still same as in tsmc45 or not..?

Means, I need a kind of SVS (schematic vs schematic) checker in SKILL.

I need to check only the proerties which are displayed in the form.

The problem that I am getting in comparing the properties is with the form type..

The two forms are (ex: for a nch_25 cell ) not identical..

Is there anyway to resolve this problem..?

Thanks in advance.

You could just use an LVS program to do this, such as Assura or Diva. Both can be used to do SVS comparisons.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
