Adding elements to open form in SKILL

Hello,
I’ve got a question about a form. I have a form created with hiCreateAppForm function and then it was also displayed using hiDisplayFunction.
Is there any possibility using for example a callback function of a button on this form to add something to the form for example another field, so the form would reload and the user wouldn’t feel the difference? I would like to add another element to ScrollRegion.
 
Any piece of code would be much appreciated.

     Hello, I am totallynew to the community and in SKILL too :) , Thanks for the deep explainition of dealing with a form , But I have a question that after taking user input I will manipulate the dataand use it in my next part of code. When I run my code the form appers for the user input at the same time the remaining code also get excuted. I want to pause the code till user enter the values and press the OK button in form , Can you please give me hint of that
