Apply envSetVal to current window

Hi all,

I'd like to create a skill procedure to implement:

envSetVal( "layout" "displayStretchHandles" 'boolean t )

it seems that i need  to apply this to the current window, so i guess i need to use:

geGetWindowCellView()

I'm wondering how do i apply my env setting to a particular window?

I'm assuming the windiow will be the current layout window as i'll eventually be adding the procedure to a drop down menu, therefore you'd need to have clicked in said window therefore making it the current window.

Thanks

Stu

     I've just noticed that entering:

    envSetVal( "layout" "displayStretchHandles" 'boolean t)

    does seem to  then turn on stretch handles to any new layouts opened from that point on.

    Stu,

    hiGetCurrentWindow()~>displayStretchHandles=t

    Does what you want. Essentially these display cdsenv vars are used to seed window properties when you open a new window.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
