    Hi latha

Please refer to COS solution 11010243. You need to add a property named "gec3DBUPerUU" to your technology library.

    a. In the library manager, right click on your technology library (e.g. the name might be tsmc018, chrt013, etc)
    b. Select "Properties" and then click "Add" button to add a new property
    c. Set "type" to "Float" and "value" to "1000"

    Best regards
    Quek
