Skill for new menu item in ICFB window

archive
archive over 15 years ago

Hi All,

I am new to SKILL and I would like to write a code to add a new item in the menu bar for ICFB. I would like to make links to other programs under this menu item.

Thanks in advance!

    Hi Vijay

    Here is an example:

    procedure( CCSsampleMenu(args)
       let( (myItem)
          printf("Inserting user menu in cell :%s\n" args->cellName)
          myItem=hiCreateMenuItem(
             ?name         'myItem
             ?itemText     "One"
             ?callback     "printf(\"Testing\n\")"
          ) ;hiCreateMenuItem

          hiCreatePulldownMenu(
             'myMenu
             "myMenu"
             list( myItem )
          ) ;hiCreatePulldownMenu

          hiInsertBannerMenu(hiGetCurrentWindow() 'myMenu 99)
       ) ;let
    ) ;procedure

    deRegUserTriggers( "maskLayout" nil nil 'CCSsampleMenu)

    Best regards
