About the AgeMOS model for RelXpert simulation

Dear all,

 

I plan to do a op-amp reliability simulation. The tool is RelXpert. In order to carry out the simulation. I need to know where can i find AgeMOS model.

For example, if i use TSMC 65nm PDK for anolog/mixed-signal/RF, does the AgeMOS model has been included in the PDK? or i need to contact TSMC for the AgeMOS model? or I need to extract myself?
