How to fix the vertical snapping for selected instance/object only

I want to move a selected instance or any other layout object in vertical direction only, while other objects/instances in the view should move in any other direction.

For instance, if I select Via01 and try to move, it should move only on to # nm grid, and all other objects should have the default snap.

Can I have such fixed snapping grid for selective objexts? It It wouild be helpful, if I get the same in X- direction also. Please help me out in setting this.
