How to create multiple vias automatically

Hello everyone,

I just started to program with SKILL because I am trying to make my layout more automatic; but so I am not very good at it yet.

My idea is to make a procedure for the layout that will help me to create a rectangle of vias. I would like to draw a rectangle in the layout and with the procedure, automatically the area will be fill with the desired vias (VIA1, VIA2...) following the design rules.

It would be nice if somebody can advice me on this.

Thank you very much in advance

Thank you all for helping me with this.

Andrew is right. I am using the "Auto" mode of the standard Create Contact command in IC5141 that only works with paths.

Is there any other option in IC5141 that works with polygons?
