Unknown error in Cadence

 Hi all,

When I try to run paramteric simulations for my circuit, the simulator starts running and gets stuck. It returns with the following error

No method supplied for generic function asiGetStimulusDataStruct

How do I get rid of this problem?

    Hi gurusub

May I have the following output?

    terminal>icfb -W

An old bug with the same error message was fixed back in IC5.0. If you are not using the latest version of Virtuoso, the problem might go away if you update to the latest version.

    Best regards

    Hi Guru

Thanks for the info. It looks like you are already using a fairly recent version of IC5141. I think it would be better for you to file a service request to the local Cadence support to troubleshoot this if it is reproducible.

    Best regards
    Quek
