How to change wire color in schematic using SKILL ?

 Hi All ,

How can I change the color of all  selected wires in the schematic 

by using SKILL ?  for example I would like to change the wire color 

from CadetBlue to lime  . I am using  icfb version 5.1 .

Please help .

    Hi Marbs,

     I think you can do that without using skill. first set the layers assigned for wire to valid (normally its (wire drawing) then you can go to display resource editor to edit the color. If you wish to change only the selected wire then do this to the assigned layer for selection.  (sorry I forgot which lpp was that) but you can find it I'm sure. Then save this new display.drf file so you can load it anytime or even at every start-up.

    Hi lrlsk,

    That would change the default colour of all wires. What Marbs is asking for (I believe) is a way to change the colour of the current segment, just as you can in the edit properties form.

    There's an existing CCR asking for a SKILL function to do this, CCR 445255 (there are a few duplicate requests).

    There is a solution (written by me) which tells you how to remove the colour overrides. You may be able to use this to figure out how they're stored (I'm afraid I don't have time right now to see if I can come up with a workaround):
