Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to change the pcell (layout) param using skill?

Eg: If i want to change the Width of the P-mos from 1um to 5 um.. ( change all Pmos in one layout cell).

    Hi Peter,

    It depends on what type the width parameter is, and what it is called, but if I assume the parameter is called "width" and it is a string parameter, you might do:

    listOfPmosInstances~>width="5u"

    You could find listOfPmosInstances by doing:

    listOfPmosInstances=setof(inst cvId~>instances inst~>cellName=="pmos" && inst~>libName="myPDKlib")

    change the "pmos" and "myPDKlib" as appropriate.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
