tree table menu incorrectly placed

I'm running into a strange error with tree tables.

I create a for, and put a tree table in it.  I place a callback on the tree table to provide a right-click menu.

The menu appears on a different monitor than the one that the form is on.  The documentation seems to indicate that it should appear under the mouse cursor, but it's appearing in a random location.

I'm currently running version 6.1.3.500.14.  I tried it out on 6.1.4.500.3 and it had the same issue.

Any ideas out there?

    Mark,

This looks to me as if it might be CCR 763131. The description of that was:

A form field has a context menu. If you click RMB within the filed, the menu
shows up under the cursor. That is fine.

Now, if you open a layout window and click (LMB) in this window, the next time
you open the context menu, this menu shows up at the position which was clicked
    in the layout window.

This was fixed in 6.1.4.500.4 - so you might want to check the latest Hotfix (ISR6 is the latest).

If it still occurs after that, please log a service request via http://support.cadence.com so we can investigate the problem and get it into R&D to fix.

    Regards,

    Andrew.

Pointing out that CCR, I experienced the exact same behavior with a schematic window.  I'll give the new version a shot as soon as I can.

    Thanks,
    Mark

    Mark,

Yes, I don't think it's particularly important whether it's a layout window - I think it's the act of clicking in a window of any sort which disturbed things.

    Cheers,

    Andrew.
