How to update cdsenv variable dynamically

archive
archive over 15 years ago

Hi All,

I am new to SKILL and I am trying to update the cdsenv variable "asimenv saveDir" variable dynamically, that is while running ICFB. I would like to update this variable depending on the open library.

I am thankful for any piece of information or advice that you guys can provide me.

Thanks,

Vijay

     Hi Vijay,

You can set or update such environment variables using the envSetVal function:

      envSetVal("asimenv" "saveDir" 'string "~/.artist_states")

I hope that this answers your question?

    Regards,

    Lawrence.
