hiCreateAppForm: not all filds have 2D attributes specified and or illegal attributes value?

hello all,

i encountred this issue when running monte carlo sumulation , the simulation runs without any problem but after that i got this excrept 

 

simulation completed successfully.

reading simulation data...

...successful.

can somebody please help with what's going wrong with my simulation ?

    This looks like the problem fixed in CCR 259502 - fixed in IC5141 subversion 5.10.41.500.4.59 (I think it was fixed in IC5141 USR4 too). You didn't mention which subversion you were using - that tends to be very helpful information, because it's possible that you're hitting a different problem, maybe. Note that this fix occurred 4 years ago!

    The problem is caused by having a large number of parameters being statistically varied in your technology (in the cases reported it was around 500) - and a form that is built ends up being too large.
